Rescheduling Policy for On Demand Skillz
By purchasing a course on our website, you agree to all of our policies, including our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and our Refund and Rescheduling Policies.
If On Demand Skillz Reschedules a Course
If we need to reschedule a course, you have a few options:
- Get a full refund: If the new dates don't work for you, we will issue a 100% refund within 15 days of your request.
- Move to a future course: You can attend the same course at a later date at any location in the country where you originally enrolled. You must notify us of your decision at least 7 days before the new course starts.
- Send a replacement: You can have someone else attend the rescheduled course in your place. Just let us know at least 3 days before the new course date.
If You Need to Reschedule a Course
We understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule your attendance, the following fees will apply:

| 7 or more days before the original course date | 10% of the registration fee |
| 5 days before the original course date | 50% of the registration fee |
| 3 days before the original course date | 75% of the registration fee |
| Less than 3 days before the original course date | No rescheduling is allowed |
Please note:
- You must reschedule for a course that takes place within two months of your original course date.
- You can only reschedule a course twice. After that, you are no longer eligible for a refund or to move to another course.
- All rescheduling is subject to seat availability.
- All refunds will be processed on the net amount receieved after currency conversion and ony other charges.
How to Reschedule
To request a reschedule or refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@ondemandskillz.com from the email address you used to register.
- In your email, include your purchase date, the name of the course, and your purchase receipt details (order number and transaction code).
