Refund Policy for On Demand Skillz

By purchasing a course on our website, you agree to all of our policies, including our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Rescheduling Policy, and Refund Policy.


If On Demand Skillz Cancels a Course

If we must cancel a training program or change a location or collaboration tool, you will be eligible for one of the following:

  • A full refund (minus any payment gateway, currency conversion or services fees).
  • The option to enroll in one of the next three upcoming training programs at no additional cost.

Refunds applicable only for Classroom & Live Virtual Training bookings only

If you need to cancel your attendance for a classroom or live virtual training session, the following refund schedule applies:

5 days before the training 50% refund (50% administrative fee)
3 days before the training 25% refund (75% administrative fee)
Less than 3 days before the training No refund
After training materials have been received No refund

Refunds for Online Training

Note: There are no refunds for discounted courses or if a participant fails to attend a scheduled session.

How to Request a Refund
  • Send an email to info@OnDemandSkillz.com from the email address you used to register for the course.
  • Include the purchase date, the name of the course, and your purchase details (order ID and transaction ID).
  • All refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued via the original payment method and will be subject to payment gateway terms and local laws. Any payment gateway transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.

Important Conditions & Disclaimers
  • Final Decision: All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of On Demand Skillz.
  • Quality Issues: If you have an issue with the trainer, materials, or delivery, you must report it in writing within the first half of day one (or within the first two hours of a single-day course) to be considered for a refund. This does not apply if you have already received the course materials.
  • Completed Courses: There are no refunds for completed training courses, regardless of quality or exam results.
  • Group Discounts: Fees for courses purchased with a group discount are non-refundable.
  • Trainer Preferences: We cannot guarantee a specific trainer, and refunds will not be issued based on preferences for a trainer's location, gender, nationality, race, or ethnicity.
  • Online Sessions: We may record online sessions for quality purposes after obtaining consent from participants. Using your camera is optional, and you cannot claim a refund if a trainer or other participants choose not to use their cameras.
  • Fees & Charges: All refunds will be processed on the net amount receieved after currency conversion and ony other charges.
